    What a great regulation meet last night against River Run—way to go, Marlins, on another WIN!

    Regulation Swimmers:
    Please remember that declarations for the Monday, June 15 meet are due TODAY by 5:00 PM.

    Speedy Meet – Saturday, June 13 at MacAulay
    Tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM is our first home Speedy Meet of the season against River Run! We encourage all families to come out and cheer on our youngest Marlins as they compete.

    Don't forget to wear your Marlins shirts and team swag!

    Special Guest: Bitty & Beau's Coffee Cruiser
    Treat yourself to a delicious coffee while you're at the meet. Bitty & Beau's Coffee Cruiser will be on-site from 8:00–10:00 AM.This is about more than great coffee—it's about supporting a mission that matters. We hope you'll stop by, meet the team, learn more about their mission, and enjoy your favorite coffee and merchandise.

    Please make every effort to walk to the swim meet or have a family member drop you off. We would like to reserve the parking lot for visiting families.

    Arrival: 8:15 AM
    Marlins Warm Up: 8:30-8:40 AM
    Volunteer Check-in: 8:55 AM in the carriage house
    Meet Start Time: 9:00 AM

    For the Swimmers:

    • Marlins Set Up: swimmers will be set up on the far side of the pool deck In front of the MacAulay Marlins banner.
    • Speedy Swimmer Arm Markings - To help the coaches and volunteers get swimmers lined up for the correct events, please have your swimmer's back or shoulder marked with their name (first initial, last name), age and the events they plan to swim (1,2,3,4) prior to arrival. 1 = Freestyle, 2 = Backstroke, 3 = Breast Stroke, 4 = Butterfly
    • Swimmer's Uniform - Please ensure all swimmers have their BLUE Marlins swim cap as it is part of the mandatory meet uniform. Swimmers should be in their Marlins swimsuit, a previous Marlins swimsuit or a black swimsuit. Tie backs and tech suits are not allowed.
    • Please be sure to label your swimmer's belongings and team shirts to ensure they are able to gather their correct belongings after the meet.
    • We want your swimmers to have fun, but please remind your swimmers to be respectful of the adult volunteers, of their fellow swimmers, of everyone's belongings on the pool deck.
    • Clean-Up: When the meet concludes, please be sure that your swimmer has removed all of their trash and belongings.

    For the Parents/Spectators:

    • MacAulay families are welcome to sit on deck. Please bring foldable chairs to sit in.
    • Volunteers - Please check in at the Marlins volunteer table in the carriage house at 8:55 AM. At the conclusion of the meet, please help to clean and reset the pool deck prior to leaving. If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer requirement, please remember it is your responsibility to get it covered and communicate the change to macaulaymarlinsvolunteer@gmail.com.
