Marlin Families,

It's meet day! Tonight, our Regulation swimmers travel to face the Wynfield Waves. Be sure to wear your Marlins shirts and team swag and come ready to cheer loudly as we represent the Marlins away from home!

Please remember: All swimmers must be wearing their BLUE Marlins Swim Cap along with Marlins swimsuit. 

MacAulay at Wynfield Regulation Meet Details:
Address:  14301 Wynfield Creek Pkwy, Huntersville, NC

Arrival: 5:00-5:15 PM
Volunteer Check-in: 5:25 PM (for both 1st and 2nd shift);
Timer meeting at 5:30 PM, Stroke & Turn Judge meeting at 5:45 PM
Marlins Warm Up: 5:25-5:50 PM
Meet Start Time: 6:00 PM

Wynfield Details:
Parking:  Parking is available onsite or on the parkway.

Concessions: Papa Johns pizza, chicken tenders, hot dogs, a selection of chips, candy, sodas, Gatorade and water available for purchase. Cash and Venmo accepted. The Kona Ice Truck will also be in the lot for people to purchase.

Meet Availability Changes: If your swimmer is unable to attend the meet, please email macaulaymarlinsswim@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that relays can change up until meet time if there are late changes. Coach Allie will communicate any last minute changes.

For the Parents/Spectators:

• Spectator Viewing: MacAulay families are encouraged to bring chairs to set up on deck. Additionally, Wynfield does not have any issues with pop up tents as well.
  
• Volunteers - Please review your SwimTopia account to review your volunteer slots. If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer requirement, please remember it is your responsibility to get it covered. Please remember all 1st and 2nd half volunteers should check in at 5:25 PM and attend the appropriate volunteer meeting (timer meeting at 5:30 PM and Stroke & Turn Judge at 5:45 PM).
